Greystar London office interior design
American property company Greystar were relocating to new offices on Finsbury Circus, London. They wanted a fresh new space that reflected their brand, as well as offering staff a welcoming, sociable environment in which to work.
The office design was split into two main sections between Greystar and Vero Group. Cellular offices, along with a sleek boardroom and meeting rooms, were generally located around the perimeter, while the centre of the building featured a shared central social ‘hub’ with kitchen facilities and dining space. Great care was taken while developing the furniture specifications, which went through a number of changes to keep up with the evolving design.
Examples include bespoke desk finishes with ‘stitch detail’ screens and a handmade ‘industrial style’ mobile high dining table. However, we were careful to avoid unwarranted expenditure; we used Forma 5’s ‘Blok’ desks rather than the more expensive metal-framed V30 system, and we provided desk lamps with integrated power sockets rather than additional desktop power modules.
The installation was very smooth and the new offices have been very well received by staff, which is really what It’s all about! We really enjoyed working with Emma and Sharon, and it seems that feeling was mutual, with Interion receiving a customer feedback evaluation of 10/10 across the board. A fabulous addition to the Interion portfolio of great workplaces.

What our client said:
“When we were introduced to Interion, they got us up to date very quickly. They made us feel very comfortable to ask questions and solved any issues we may have raised. They are friendly, approachable and of course very professional; Interion has been very understanding and accommodating to the unusual set up they have had to deal with. We will continue to use them for future projects.”
